Burlington, MA (September 9th, 2003) - DAMICON, an information technology services company, today announced it's Adjunct CIO Program. This new service makes senior-level, executive talent available to three audiences. Firstly, there's the small company that does not have or need a full time Chief Information Officer (CIO). DAMICON can fill the CIO role on a part-time basis ensuring that the right IT decisions are made cost effectively.
Secondly, a larger firm may have lost it's CIO for any number of reasons and requires an interim replacement until the position can be permanently filled. Damicon can keep operations moving smoothly and assist in finding and hiring the new person.
Lastly, a CIO may need a senior-level executive to come in and take charge of a special project. Many important projects sit on the shelf waiting for management bandwidth to become available. Damicon can provide that bandwidth and get the job done.
"Our Adjunct CIO Program fills a critical gap existing within many firms.", said Vin D'Amico, President of DAMICON, "Strategic management skills are always in short supply and can often be a barrier to achieving corporate goals. We can break through the barrier and reach those goals."
